Returns & Exchanges

At YOUNGGENERATION, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
